Denver Happy Hour @ Highland Tap & Burger, Tuesday 3/22/16

Sorry for the super late invite!  I’ve been working 12-15 hour days for over a month now.  It’s going to be a busy year in Real Estate!

Would love to see you this week at Highland Tap J

The Co-Host for the March Denver Happy Hour is Elijah Odell (Executive Chef/Co-Owner, Highland Tap & Burger).  I’ve only met Eli a few times in passing but he seems like a doll and makes some mean burgers (He’s won burger competitions J).  Highland Tap is one of my local faves.  Please come join us!

+More About the Co-Host

Elijah Odell

Elijah Odell may have lucked into the culinary genes--his paternal grandmother worked as a private chef for television pioneer Ed Sullivan and the John Jacob Astor family. She also organized special events for the Rockefellers, one in which, she cooked for Admiral Hirohito the last Emperor of Japan--but this native New Englander needed the inspiration of the Rocky Mountains to fully develop his own style and, in 1998 packed up and moved west to begin his career. Following a formal education in the classrooms of the Art Institute of Colorado, Odell studied by the side of Matt Selby at Vesta Dipping Grill and then, finally, honed his talents in the competitive Vail Valley scene.
