Denver Happy Hour @ Dorchester Social Eatery, Thursday, January 8, 2015

The Co-Host for the January Denver Happy Hour is Dennis Huspeni (Director of Media Relations, Grayling).  I met Dennis through Boots Gifford.  He was a journalist with the Denver Business Journal.  He wrote several articles quoting me on real estate.  He makes you look really good :)   He's a incredible guy with a big heart and I would like to introduce you to him.

Dorchester Social Eatery is a cool new restaurant/bar with a great rooftop deck in Downtown Denver.  We will meet in a private room on the main level.  The decor is very nicely done.  See you there!

THE PHILOSOPHY
Just steps from Larimer Square, in the heart of the Lodo district sits Dorchester Social Eatery, housed within the historic building on the corner of 15th and Market. Revitalized by the vision of nationally acclaimed designer Jeffrey P. Elliott, Dorchester invokes the atmosphere of an abandoned English Regency manor brought to life. Inside, a sleek, intimate 50-seat restaurant lit with sultry chandeliers leads guests through sweeping stairs to a rooftop garden courtyard edged with hedges and exotic cabanas and surrounded by city views.
FOOD AND LIBATIONS
Inspired by the global nature of the British Empire and by Executive Chef Michel Wahaltere’s European background and extensive travels, Dorchester is one-of-a-kind. At one table, guests can embark on a culinary tour of the world, traipsing from Europe to Asia, from Africa to the Americas.
Muddled, shaken and stirred, Dorchester’s signature cocktails blend top shelf liquors with fresh juices and herbs. The focus on the thoughtfully crafted cocktails is complemented by a robust selection of regionally sourced beer. Craft beer is a global beverage that is also intrinsic to Colorado’s culture. As a product of Denver’s deep brewing roots, Dorchester offers an array of over forty craft beers sourced both locally and globally.
A meal at Dorchester is a social affair, with plates designed to be shared with friends and enjoyed fresh as they come straight from the kitchen.
