Holly Kylberg
Owner/Socialite, The D&F Clocktower
Holly Kylberg has a
passion for giving back. A well respected community fundraiser & leader,
she has for years donated her time & expertise to help local charities
achieve their financial goals. Lately, she’s stepped into a new role, that as a
successful entrepreneur. After acquiring the top floors of the historic D&F
Tower downtown, she had a dream to make it into an event space. “The D & F
Clock Tower had always held a magical allure for me” Holly says. “When first
built over 100 years ago the building and its top floors were the crown jewel
of the city. I felt a desire & an obligation of sorts to return that
functionality back to the space after it had been closed & mysterious for so
many years and to make it once again a vital part of Downtown Denver.”
She did some minor renovations on the space being mindful to keep the character
intact & then launched an event company, Clock Tower Events. She now
rents the top 5 unified floors for private events & corporate
functions, provides guided, historic tours throughout the week and hosts
her own themed events throughout the year.

Tucked away behind the red door on Denver’s historic Larimer
Square, The Crimson Room is an elevated (underground) lounge serving Denver’s
elite. Efficient Mixology. Late Night Delicacies. Lounge. Groove. The elegant space
