+More about H Burger

From the intrepid mind of renowned Chef Ian Kleinman comes H BurgerCO, an innovative concept spun from an American classic—a restaurant that celebrates homegrown familiarity without sacrificing a style all its own.

At H BurgerCO, the hamburger is reborn—without being re-invented. Managing partner, Pete Pflum, who honed his skills alongside Dave Query of Jax Fishhouse and Lola fame, worked closely with Chef Kleinman to create a menu focused on freshness, originality, and sustainability.

From apps to nightcaps, you’ll find only the highest quality ingredients, like locally sourced Angus beef, ground fresh daily. And of course, there’s plenty to suit the tastes of any palate even if meat isn’t on the agenda: this Garden Burger was no afterthought! And from the create-your-salad menu, the healthy options are limitless.

Robin Smith Designs conceived a sleek space to house the vision of a restaurant that is at once modern and familiar, comfortable, and chic—a place that equally suits an early family dinner or a late night gathering of friends.

Whether you choose to pair your burger with a milkshake and crayons, a liquid nitrogen-cooled draft beer, or a top-shelf bourbon, you will find yourself at home, time and time again, at H BurgerCO.
